Mini Aerogene Generator A medium sized and compact Thermal Aerosol Generator for use in validating high efficiency Air Filtration Systems, Aerosol/Smoke Visualisation work and fire training. External gas bottle permits different sizes to be used. Oil is propelled through the heat exchanger using an inert gas (normally CO2). The vapour condenses in the ambient air to provide a dry dense aerosol smoke. The aerosol may be easily directed to the point of use using one of our complimenting Positive Injection Pumps (PIP). The PIP also allows the aerosol to be injected into positive pressures where normally the aerosol would be ejected by the pressure. Additionally using sparge pipes the aerosol may be distributed within the duct using the PIP thus reducing the required mixing distance for upstream challenges. The family of three generators cover applications where a challenge aerosol is required from small (greater than 340 m3/hr) to very large systems. Aerosol output is continuously variable by pressure regulation between 1.4 bar and 8.4 bar. Oil level sight gauge provides easy viewing of oil level.
